Company Overview
Flip LKLD is a Florida-based home improvement company offering non-structural interior updates such as cabinet installation, painting, trim work, and flooring. We are not a licensed general or specialty contractor under Florida law and do not perform regulated work such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or structural changes. Regulated services are referred to or subcontracted to licensed professionals as required.
Scope of Services
We provide the following services:
- Cabinet installation & refacing
- Trim carpentry & accent wall creation
- Painting and minor drywall repair
- Flooring installation (LVP, tile, engineered wood)
- Interior design consultation and project coordination
We do not pull permits, modify structural components, or engage in any services that require a licensed contractor under Florida Statutes Chapter 489.
Estimates and Quotes
All quotes are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on final scope, materials, and project conditions. Estimates do not include any regulated work unless specified as being provided by a licensed subcontractor.
Payments & Deposits
Payments are typically required in installments, including a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and materials. All invoices are due according to terms provided in your individual service agreement. Late payments may result in scheduling delays or additional fees.
Project Limitations
By engaging our services, you understand and agree that:
- We do not perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or structural work
- We will not begin work requiring a permit or license
- If a project is determined to require licensed services or permitting, we will refer you to a licensed contractor
